What the numbers mean
Speaking time, fair share, balance, meeting types, interruptions and accuracy, in plain words.
Speaking time and share
Your share is your speaking time divided by everyone's. Fair share is what each person would get if time were split evenly: with 6 people, 17%.
Balance
A score out of 100 for how evenly speaking time was shared; 100 means everyone spoke as much. 75 or more: Balanced. 50 to 74: Uneven. Under 50: One voice dominated.
Meeting types
Monologue: one person spoke more than 60% of the time. Ping-pong: two people held 75% or more. Crossfire: 5 or more interruptions, more than one every 10 minutes. Roundtable: everything else, many voices sharing the floor. Roomy checks them in that order.
Interruptions
Cut off: someone talked over you and you stopped within 2 seconds. Held your ground: someone talked over you and you kept going. Short attempt: someone tried to come in, for less than 1.5 seconds, and stopped. Very short overlaps, like "mm-hm", aren't counted.
Others
When Roomy can't tell the other people apart, it groups them as Others. Then balance and meeting type aren't scored, and fair share uses the number of people you give.
Women vs men
Based only on the tags you set. Shown when each group has 2 or more people.
Accuracy
Every call shows how sure its numbers are. Exact: every number measured directly. Good: measured, with small gaps. Approximate: some parts estimated. The badge on each call says why. Calls from the Chrome extension are marked approximate during the beta. Headphones give the best numbers.
