Never kept
No audio. No words. No gender unless you tag it.
Kept
Who spoke when, interruptions, your alerts and ratings, and what you add: titles, tags, names, notes.
Who sees what
You see your calls. In a team, managers see who recorded each call, and its details without participants' names, tags, notes or which P recorded it. A receipt shows only what you pick.
Delete anything
Delete a call, clear names, revoke a receipt, or delete your account from Settings.
