Roomy is in beta
Roomy is free while it's in beta. Features may change, and some things may not work perfectly yet. Numbers are measurements, not certainties: each call shows its accuracy.
Your account
Use your real name and email, and keep your login to yourself. One account per person.
Using Roomy fairly
Use Roomy in meetings you take part in. Tell the people in the call that you use Roomy, as with any meeting tool, and follow the rules of your workplace. Don't try to get around Roomy's access rules, overload it, or reach other people's data.
Your data
Your calls, tags and notes are yours. We use them only to run Roomy for you. The Privacy page explains what we store.
Changes
We may change Roomy or these terms during the beta. When the terms change, this page shows the new date. You can delete your account at any time.
No guarantees
Roomy is provided as it is during the beta, without warranties, as far as the law allows.
